Business Development Manager

Job Summary:
CN Sales Recruitment is seeking a highly motivated and experienced Enterprise Sales Executive to join our growing EMEA team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities within key target markets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute a sales strategy to achieve ambitious annual sales targets
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through prospecting, relationship building, and cold calling
- Present the company's unique value proposition to potential customers and tailor your approach to show how our solutions outperform competitors
- Maintain and execute an account sales plan and cultivate strong multi-level relationships within target organizations
- Work closely with the sales team to share best practices and drive sales growth
Requirements:
- Proven track record of success in sales of Managed Services, ideally around WAN solutions
- Experience in creating and managing a sales pipeline
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Strong customer-oriented mindset, exceptional interpersonal skills, and ability to work both independently and as part of a wider team
- Good understanding of CRM systems like Salesforce and ability to grasp complex technical concepts
