As a key member of our Front Office team, you will be responsible for managing all guest interactions, ensuring seamless check-ins, and delivering personalized experiences that exceed our guests\u2019 expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage all guest emails and administrative duties, responding to inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
  • Create customized guest itineraries, both within and outside of London, to enhance their stay.
  • Ensure all arrival rooms are thoroughly checked and prepared to meet guests\u2019 preferences.
  • Liaise with hotel departments to provide exceptional service to regular guests, VIPs, and their requirements.
  • Participate in various projects and tasks to support the hotel\u2019s mission and goals.
