About the Job:

As a Patient Transport Coordinator, you will be responsible for the safe transportation of non-emergency patients within the Yorkshire and North Lincs region.

Main Duties:

  • Coordinate transportation to and from appointments at hospitals, treatment centers, day units, or other places of care.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement safe working practices to ensure patient safety and reduce harm to patients, colleagues, and others.
