Occupational Therapist Stroke Rehabilitation Specialist

**Job Title:** Occupational Therapist Stroke Rehabilitation Specialist
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Occupational Therapist to join our team in North Lincolnshire, providing high-quality stroke rehabilitation services to patients in their homes and in bedded units.
The successful candidate will have excellent assessment and treatment skills, with the ability to work autonomously as a lone practitioner and represent the therapy service at multidisciplinary meetings.
Main Responsibilities:
- Undertake comprehensive assessments of patients with diverse or complex presentations, using advanced clinical reasoning skills.
- Develop and implement individualized rehabilitation plans to support patients in achieving their goals.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure delivery of a coordinated multidisciplinary service.
- Work as a lone practitioner with telephone support from a senior Occupational Therapist if required.

Requirements:
- Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy.
- Experience and awareness of stroke and neuro rehabilitation.
- Access to transport and ability to travel within the required geographical area.
- Experience of supervision of colleagues/students.
Salary and Benefits:
The salary for this position is estimated to be around £45,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
