Caregiver for End-of-Life Patients

About the Role
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Caregiver to join our team, providing end-of-life care to patients and their families in the comfort of their own homes.
Job Summary
The successful candidate will assist with patients' personal care, up to four visits per day, seven days a week. They will also provide night sits, ensuring that our patients receive the highest level of care and support at all times.
Main Responsibilities
- Assist with patients' personal care, including bathing, dressing, and toileting
- Provide emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
- Work closely with our multidisciplinary team to ensure seamless care coordination
- Maintain accurate records of patient interactions and progress

Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Level 2 Training in health care and social care (NVQ or NQF equivalent)
- Experience working in a health or social care setting (minimum 6 months)
- A driving license
