The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing customer feedback related to ecommerce delivery, leveraging data skills and customer insights to improve the ecommerce experience. Key responsibilities include:

  1. Weekly analysis of customer feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  2. Collaboration with carriers and 3PL providers to resolve issues and improve delivery performance.
  3. Development and implementation of monitoring and reporting processes to track issue parcels and identify root causes.
  4. Exception management and identification of stalled parcels in the network.
  5. Tracking of lost in transit (LIT) parcels and carrier claims.
  6. Return tracking and identification of delayed returns.
  7. Delivery lead time reporting and root cause analysis.
  8. Ad-hoc investigation and resolution of customer complaints.
  9. Carrier and warehouse visits to understand operations and improve quality.

Requirements:

  1. Passion for ecommerce and retail, with a strong understanding of consumer behavior.
  2. Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills in English.
  3. Ability to work effectively with people at all levels, both internally and externally.
  4. Results-driven and accountable for own workload, with a focus on meeting objectives and KPIs.
  5. Ability to multitask and operate in a fast-paced team environment.
  6. Knowledge of progress monitoring and reporting, with analytical skills to identify trends and root causes.
  7. Computer literacy in Microsoft and Google packages, with the ability to learn new skills.
  8. High levels of numeracy, accuracy, and attention to detail, with good grammatical and spelling skills.
