Mass Consultants Ltd is seeking a highly skilled Senior Logistics Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in logistics and project management, with excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills.



Responsibilities:


  • Conduct operational-level logistics planning and design and deliver Logistics HQ training events.
  • Act as the primary point of contact for all matters relating to the contract and delegate tasks to other project team members where appropriate.
  • Generate project work plans and deliver against those plans, reviewing and revising plans as necessary to meet changing needs and requirements.
  • Apply judgment to achieve successful project outcomes, engaging with relevant stakeholders as required.
  • Ensure project risk of all types is identified, analyzed, actively managed, and escalated where appropriate.
  • Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project, including the coordination of meetings and reviews needed to progress the work.
  • Support the Group Heads in achieving a balanced utilization of resources and ensure the customer fulfills their responsibilities on the contract.
  • Effectively contribute to the winning of new projects and develop and support business development activity to achieve the TSG and wider MASS business plan.
  • Undertake other tasks to support the team as required.


Requirements:


  • Military service and staff experience at SO2 or above level, or equivalent.
  • Significant experience of managing projects (minimum 5 years).
  • Strong customer/stakeholder relationship management skills.
