Job DescriptionWe're seeking a highly skilled and motivated Sales Associate to join our team at Clarks Village in Somerset. As a Sales Associate, you will be responsible for delivering an exceptional customer experience, providing expert advice and guidance to customers, and contributing to the overall success of the store.
Key Responsibilities- Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer inquiries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Develop and maintain strong product knowledge, including features, benefits, and products available in the store.
- Utilize POS systems to process transactions, manage inventory, and maintain accurate records.
- Assist with stockroom and back area housekeeping, including receiving deliveries and adhering to stock and cash control procedures.
- Follow the appointment process, utilizing the appointed platform to ensure accurate status information and customer communication.
- You will reflect the aesthetic of Moss through your personal style and presentation, embodying our core values and behavioural competencies in daily responsibilities and interactions.
- You will have outstanding communication abilities, inspiring, guiding, and fostering meaningful relationships with colleagues and customers.
- You will be a natural promoter of customer service excellence, responsible for the customer's journey and experience in-store.
