Sales Assistant Role

About the Job

We are seeking a skilled Sales Assistant to join our team at HARIBO, Europe's largest and most successful sugar-confectionery brand. As a Sales Assistant, you will play a vital role in delivering top-quality customer service and retail excellence in our retail stores.

Key Responsibilities

  • Deliver exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive experience for all customers
  • Process cash and card payments, maintain accurate records, and handle customer transactions efficiently
  • Ensure Haribo retail standards are maintained, including product replenishment, display, and pricing
  • Participate in sampling activities, promote products, and engage with customers to drive sales
  • Contribute to a safe and healthy work environment, adhering to company standards and regulations

Requirements

  • Previous retail experience, with a focus on customer service and sales
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication skills
  • Passion for HARIBO's values, brand, and customers
  • Flexibility to work varied hours, including weekends and holidays
