Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced HR Officer to join our client's team on a fixed-term contract for 14 months. The successful candidate will have a third-level degree in a business or related discipline and at least one year of experience in an HR role. Strong commercial acumen and excellent IT skills are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assisting with recruitment campaigns
  • Administering training requirements
  • Providing support for day-to-day human resources and learning and development administration
  • Updating and maintaining all HR records
  • Coordinating the digital transformation of HR information
  • Completing regular reporting
  • Maintaining regular contact with employees and addressing queries
  • Dealing with phone calls, filing, scanning, and data input
  • Maintaining staff wellness and wellbeing
  • Adhering to the company Health and Safety Policy

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Third-level degree in a business or related discipline
  • Degree classification of 2:1 or higher
  • At least one year's employment in an HR function
  • Excellent IT skills
  • Strong commercial acumen
  • Methodical approach
  • Interest in holistic HR approach
  • Trustworthy and respectful of confidences
  • Knowledge of current employment legislation

Salary: £30,000 - £40,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
