Service Desk Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team at J & C Associates Ltd. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for all users operating on the Official platform, providing first and second-line support for all IT-related issues.
Main Responsibilities:- Provide first and second-line support for all IT-related issues
- Interact with a diverse user base from across the client and other supported Government departments/ALBs
- Support an array of laptop devices (Windows and MacOS operating systems), smartphones (Android and iOS), VoIP systems, and Google Cloud services for standard office tools
- Work within the heart of Government, acting as the first point of contact for all users
- Experience of working on a service desk for at least 2 years+
- Customer-facing experience
- Experience of working with tools - SCCM, AD, Jimph
- Experience of supporting Google environment
- Experience of working in an ITIL environment
