Job Title: Service Desk Analyst

We are seeking a highly skilled Service Desk Analyst to join our team at J & C Associates Ltd. As a Service Desk Analyst, you will be the first point of contact for all users operating on the Official platform, providing first and second-line support for all IT-related issues.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Provide first and second-line support for all IT-related issues
  • Interact with a diverse user base from across the client and other supported Government departments/ALBs
  • Support an array of laptop devices (Windows and MacOS operating systems), smartphones (Android and iOS), VoIP systems, and Google Cloud services for standard office tools
  • Work within the heart of Government, acting as the first point of contact for all users
Requirements:
  • Experience of working on a service desk for at least 2 years+
  • Customer-facing experience
  • Experience of working with tools - SCCM, AD, Jimph
  • Experience of supporting Google environment
  • Experience of working in an ITIL environment
