Job Title: Field Sales Manager

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Field Sales Manager to join our team. As a Field Sales Manager, you will be responsible for selling innovative technical solutions to customers in your region and building long-term relationships with key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive Sales Growth: Develop and execute sales strategies to drive revenue growth and increase market share.
  • Build Customer Relationships: Establish and maintain strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Support Regional Network: Collaborate with regional installers to expand the network and provide support.
  • Develop Sales Plans: Create sales plans that align with business objectives and support sales, market-share, and competitive account penetration.
  • Participate in Industry Events: Represent the company at trade shows and industry associations to build brand awareness and establish relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Customer Analysis: Analyze customer accounts to identify potential for both present and future solutions and needs.

About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Field Sales Manager who possesses:

Technical or Economic Training: Successfully completed technical or economic training.Commercial Sales Experience: Strong commercial sales experience with a proven track record in a similar field-based sales role in project sales.Acquisition and Order Closing Capacity: Extensive acquisition and order closing capacity.Organizational Talent: Organizational talent in supporting projects and specialist trading partners.Project Management: Project management and consultation with architects, designers, and contractors.Sales and Technical Products: Experience in selling and clarifying technical products.Self-Motivation: Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and developing your own pipeline.
