We are seeking a highly skilled Treasury Analyst to join our team at Bupa. As a key member of our finance department, you will play a crucial part in helping our customer-facing colleagues deliver exceptional standards of customer service and patient care.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Monitor and analyze treasury and banking interfaces to ensure efficient use of banking services.
  • Review bank charges and implement cost-saving measures.
  • Document and gather information on current processes and costs.
  • Collaborate with project teams, users, and partners to identify solutions and implement changes.
  • Develop and document proposed solutions, including risks, controls, and cost benefits.
  • Assist in the design and implementation of new profiles or complex electronic bank systems updates.
  • Conduct end-to-end testing and pre-production tests.
  • Develop and implement test cases to ensure all scenarios are fully tested and meet bank or internal/external partner requirements.
  • Manage end-to-end testing with banks, maintain schedules, and document results.
  • Document new processes and arrange training as needed.
  • Ensure that processes and controls around new processes are robust, clearly documented, and operating effectively to minimize operational risks.
  • Complete daily cash position controls and funding analysis.
  • Drive improvements in the daily cash process, including monthly reporting on liquidity management.
  • Contribute to the delivery of the department's change agenda across the organization, with a focus on banking services, daily operations, and reporting processes.

Requirements:

  • Strong analytical and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Hold or be working towards Treasury or Project qualifications (AMCT, PRINCE) and/or a recognized accounting qualification (ACA, ACCA, or CIMA).
  • Desirable experience in international and domestic payment and collection methods, including e-wallets, XML ISO20022, electronic banking platforms, credit card collections, and treasury management systems selection and implementation.
