We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team at Riverside. As a Support Worker, you will work closely with our customers to identify and address their needs, providing tailored support to help them achieve their goals.
Key Responsibilities- Provide emotional support and guidance to customers
- Develop and implement personalized support plans
- Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective service delivery
- Maintain accurate records and reports
- Relevant experience in supporting vulnerable individuals
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A competitive salary: £27,112.48 per annum (pro rata after 18 months)
