Job Description: Residential Support Team Member
Location: Ipswich
Estimated Salary: £11,440 per annum
As a Residential Support Team Member, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care and support to our residents. Your primary responsibility will be to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the home, including communal areas and resident rooms. You will also prepare vacant rooms for viewings and admissions, ensuring that the home presents itself in a positive light at all times.
You will work closely with the housekeeping team to achieve high standards, while providing excellent customer service to residents, visitors, and colleagues. We require an individual with good attention to detail, a high standard of hygiene, and the ability to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
A comprehensive induction and training programme will be provided to support your development within the role, which includes extensive training courses through our Healthcare Homes Academy.
