Benefits

Ackerman Pierce Ltd offers a competitive benefits package, including a salary of up to £46,646 per annum plus a £2,000 annual retention payment after 2 years' service. Additional benefits include a relocation package of up to £8,000 for those residing at least 20 miles from the Broadside Office.

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to be a qualified Social Worker registered with Social Work England, with experience in connected carers or fostering teams and completing assessments such as Viability and Special Guardianship. Strong analytical, communication, and report-writing skills are essential, along with a commitment to Medway's relationship-based practice model and an understanding of the needs of children and their carers.
