We require a skilled Social Worker to provide expert care services for vulnerable children and families within Connect2Kent.

About the Position:
  1. Develop and maintain effective working relationships with various stakeholders, including local authorities, charities, and service providers.
  2. Engage in rigorous case management, incorporating regular assessments, reviews, and welfare reporting to support children's needs.
  3. Foster partnerships with community groups, schools, and healthcare services to promote holistic support for families.
  4. Promote the voice and interests of children and young people in all aspects of decision-making.
Essential Qualifications and Skills:
  • A degree in Social Work or a related field, with relevant professional registration.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make informed decisions.
  • Demonstrated expertise in child protection, child development, and family dynamics.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex information effectively.
