Fundamental Requirements:
This Family Support Professional role with Brook Street UK is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting families and children to achieve their full potential. As a Family Support Professional, you will work closely with families to identify and address their needs, providing tailored support and guidance to ensure their safety and independence.

Duties and Responsibilities:
You will work collaboratively with families, other agencies, and community organizations to develop and implement support plans that address their specific needs. Your expertise will be used to provide ongoing support and guidance, ensuring families receive the help they require to overcome challenges. You will also work closely with local authorities, schools, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless service delivery.

Qualifications and Experience:
To be successful in this role, you will have a Social Work qualification with HCPC registration and a minimum of 2 years' experience in the field. Proven experience working with families and children, particularly in statutory settings, is essential. Strong knowledge of social care theory, legislation, and safeguarding practices is also required.
