Key Responsibilities:

  • Undertake focused, analytical assessments and develop care plans that meet the needs of children and families.
  • Work collaboratively with children, young people, families, and organizations to deliver services.
  • Provide expert advice and support to less experienced staff.
  • Lead on an area of practice within the team or service.
  • Prepare clear, structured reports for meetings and court proceedings.

Requirements:

  • Qualified Social Worker with post-qualifying training and registration with Social Work England.
  • Demonstrable post-qualification experience of at least 2-3 years working with children and families.
  • Sound knowledge and experience in child protection, court work, and relevant legislation.

Salary and Benefits:

  • Competitive salary range of £47,568 - £52,376 per annum.
