Nurse Specialist

An exciting opportunity has arisen to join our dedicated team of healthcare professionals working with looked after children in the Anglesey and Gwynedd area.
Main Responsibilities- Coordinate and implement high-quality statutory health assessments and care plans for looked after children.
- Work collaboratively with multi-disciplinary teams, including school nursing, health visiting, community paediatricians, and other LAC nurses, to ensure the best possible health and social outcomes for children in care.
- Provide advocacy services for looked after children and care leavers.
This is a challenging and rewarding role that requires a high level of professionalism, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Requirements- Registered with the Nursing and Midwifery Council (NMC).
- Experience working in the community, preferably in a nursing role.
- Excellent record-keeping skills.
- Ability to speak Welsh is desirable.
