Job Description

The ideal candidate will have experience in developing masterplans for projects of varying sizes, from concept through outline and reserved matters planning applications. They will work on large-scale masterplan residential projects and other complex projects across various sectors, creating strategic documents such as vision statements and design codes to guide and protect project development.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • A degree, Masters, or Diploma in Urban Design, Architecture, or a related field within the Built Environment.
  • Prior experience in private practice, consultancy, or commercial housebuilding.
  • Proficiency in CAD software, knowledge of Vectorworks and/or SketchUp is a plus.
  • Familiarity with local authority guidelines and planning systems.
