Project Management Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Large-Scale Fit-Out Specialist to join our team at Austin Fraser. As a key member of our construction team, you will be responsible for managing complex hotel fit-out and extensions projects from initial brief to completion.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. You will work closely with clients, site teams, and sub-contractors to ensure seamless project coordination and execution.

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and manage multiple fast-track projects simultaneously
  • Represent the company in meetings with clients and ensure clear communication regarding project objectives
  • Develop and implement project plans, schedules, and budgets
  • Oversee sub-contractor performance and approve invoices

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in managing large-scale construction projects
  • Strong client and team communication skills
  • Leadership experience in directing site teams and sub-contractors
  • Experience in delivering projects within set budgets and timelines

About the Role:

This is a full-time position requiring up to 50% travel, including staying away from home. The salary for this role is £60,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a competitive benefits package and opportunities for professional growth and development.
