Lead Architect - Large Scale Commercial Projects

We are looking for a highly skilled Lead Architect to lead our team on large-scale commercial projects in Cambridge, London, and beyond.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Developing and implementing architectural strategies for large-scale commercial projects
  • Managing internal teams and consultants to deliver high-quality results
  • Collaborating with the senior leadership team to drive business growth and success
  • Ensuring effective project management, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation
  • Providing excellent client-facing and engagement skills to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

Requirements:
  • Fully qualified architect with Part III qualification
  • Proven experience leading large-scale commercial projects
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills

Estimated Salary: £90,000 - £110,000 per annum
