This role offers an extraordinary opportunity to shape a talented engineering team as they grow and develop world leading financial technologies.
The ideal candidate will be a masterful orchestrator of technical teams, responsible for harmonising efforts across hardware, software and DevOps.
- A strong background in software or electronics with in-depth knowledge of the other. Typical technologies used will include C++, FPGAs, and Jenkins.
- Demonstrable experience in hardware and software integration, with a preference for candidates possessing knowledge of financial markets or algorithmic trading.
The successful candidate will have exceptional communication skills with proven capacity to align diverse, sometimes internationally distributed, technical teams.
