About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced Sales and Marketing Manager to join our team at HBF Recruitment Ltd. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts to achieve business growth and success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sales performance to achieve budgeted income and gross margin targets.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to maximize sales leads and conversion rates.
  • Collaborate with internal and external sales teams to drive sales growth and profit generation.
  • Update and maintain the company website and sales and marketing information.
  • Manage and progress the marketing process of outlets via marketing consultants, designers, and advertising companies.
Requirements:
  • New Build Housing Background
  • A collaborative and transparent working style.
  • Take and distribute sales build update minutes.
  • An understanding of the corporate environment and the ability to contribute to the organisation's corporate vision and strategy through detailed multi-site management.
  • Demonstrable commercial acumen and experience of sales essential in either the private or 'Affordable' housing sectors – and ideally both.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Motivational and supportive management experience and ability to develop and 'grow' sales executives.
  • Good market analysis, financial and budgeting skills.
  • Ability to play a senior role in the effective operations of the sales team.
  • Must hold a full clean driver's licence and be willing to travel.

This is a unique opportunity for a Senior Sales Executive or Sales Manager to set the foundations, build a team, and help the company's overall objective to grow into a regional builder.

With this being the first key hire into the department, salary and bonuses will be competitive to the market.
