In this role, you will work closely with operational teams to manage a high-quality, customer-facing multi-channel customer engagement operation. Your key responsibilities will include driving sales, business development, account retention, and customer service across all apprenticeship programmes.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a high-quality apprenticeship sales function
- Experience of levy and non-levy sales in a commercial environment
- Drive and coach teams for individual performance
- Monitor and track sales/pipeline data to develop reports and business intelligence
