We have an exciting opportunity for a Senior Business Development Manager to join our team. Based in Manchester, this role offers a competitive salary of up to £45,000 (base) with double OTE plus car allowance.

About the Role

This is a challenging yet rewarding position that requires a proactive individual with a passion for telecoms and IT, strong communication skills, and a successful track record in sales. As a Senior Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Fostering relationships within our established customer base and identifying opportunities for growth through cross-selling and upselling.
  • Developing referral opportunities to expand our customer base and collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of services.
  • Monitoring and reporting on account performance to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
  • Staying informed on industry trends and product knowledge to advise clients and prepare presentations, proposals, and negotiate contracts.

  • Proven experience in account management, ideally in telecoms or IT.

  • The ability to manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools.
