Disengaged Youth Case Manager

In this challenging yet rewarding role, you will work closely with young people who have experienced trauma, placement disruptions, or school disengagement.
About the PositionAs a key member of our team, you will deliver high-quality education services that cater to the unique needs of each individual, fostering positive relationships and empowering them to achieve their goals.
Key responsibilities include providing assertive outreach, individual case management, and intensive learning interventions to re-engage young people in their educational journey.
With a focus on collaboration and partnership building, you will work with schools, community organizations, and other stakeholders to develop effective strategies for supporting disengaged youth.

Requirements- Demonstrated case management experience working with disengaged youth
- Tertiary qualifications in Education with relevant experience
- Strong understanding of existing youth services and alternative education pathways
- Demonstrated professional experience, training, and skills in providing supportive services for young people
- Valid Driver's Licence and Employee Working with Children Check
