Exams Access Arrangements Specialist

Protocol National Limited is seeking a highly skilled Exams Access Arrangements Specialist to join their team on a temporary basis. This role requires meticulous analysis and attention to detail, ensuring students with High Needs Funding (HNF) and Education, Health, and Care Plans (EHCP) receive the necessary support for their exams.
The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing existing documentation to identify specific access requirements for each student. They will then document and formalize these requirements by completing Form 9, ensuring all arrangements comply with relevant guidelines and standards.
This position plays a crucial role in ensuring students have the necessary support to succeed in their exams. The ideal candidate will have relevant experience and possess excellent organisational skills, as they will need to collaborate closely with educational and support teams.
This opportunity is estimated to offer an annual salary of £25,000 - £35,000, depending on experience. The position is initially temporary, but there may be possibilities for extension.
Key responsibilities include:
- Reviewing existing HNF and EHCP documentation for each student to identify specific access requirements
- Completing Form 9 to document and formalize access arrangements for each student
- Liaising with educational and support teams to ensure accurate documentation of each student's needs
- Ensuring all arrangements comply with relevant guidelines and standards
