Job Description: We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced New Business Developer to join our sales team. As a New Business Developer, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities to drive revenue growth and expand our customer base.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and account management, with excellent communication and negotiation skills. You will work closely with our sales support team to ensure that all prospects are accurately qualified and CRM is updated on a daily basis.

Key Responsibilities:
  • New business development
  • Sales and account management
  • Client site risk assessments and site audits
  • Upselling waste and recycling solutions
  • Handling inbound enquiries and pre-qualifying opportunities

Salary Range: £38,000 - £48,000 per annum based on experience and location. Our company offers a range of benefits including a bonus scheme, pension plan, and ongoing training and development opportunities.
