Reception Supervisor - Guest Services

Meliá London Kensington is looking for a skilled Reception Supervisor to lead our front desk team and provide exceptional guest services. As a key member of our hotel team, you will be responsible for supervising daily shift operations, ensuring all guests are attended to with the utmost courtesy, and providing a warm and welcoming experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise and Coordinate Front Desk Team: Lead and motivate the front desk team to deliver exceptional guest services, ensuring all guests are attended to promptly and professionally.
  • Ensure Guest Satisfaction: Monitor and address guest concerns, respond to guest inquiries, and maintain a high level of guest satisfaction.
  • Process Transactions and Manage Cash Handling: Accurately process transactions, manage cash handling, and maintain a high level of accuracy in all financial transactions.
  • Maintain a Professional and Friendly Attitude: Provide a warm and welcoming experience to all guests, responding to their needs in a professional and friendly manner.

Requirements:

  • 2+ Years of Experience: Minimum 2 years of experience in a related activity, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
  • Fluency in English: Fluency in English, with the ability to communicate effectively with guests and colleagues.
  • Knowledge of Opera System: Knowledge of the Opera system, with the ability to use it efficiently and effectively.
