HR Advisor Role at Law Choice Recruitment

We are seeking an experienced HR Advisor to join our team at Law Choice Recruitment, a top city law firm in London. As an HR Advisor, you will play a key role in supporting the firm's HR initiatives and projects, working closely with the wider team to deliver exceptional results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide HR support and guidance to the firm's employees and management team
  • Assist with recruitment and talent acquisition processes
  • Develop and implement HR policies and procedures
  • Conduct employee relations and conflict resolution
  • Support the firm's diversity and inclusion initiatives

Requirements:

  • Previous generalist HR experience in a professional services firm
  • Sound understanding of employment legislation and ability to keep up to date with changes
  • Professional manner and ability to work collaboratively across the firm and HR team
  • CIPD qualification desirable but not essential
