About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Technical Associate/Associate Director to join our Public Health team at Ramboll. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for leading and coordinating all aspects of project delivery, with a focus on Public Health engineering.

Key Responsibilities
  • Mentor and develop a team of Public Health Engineers, providing technical and pastoral support to ensure the delivery of high-quality projects.
  • Protect and develop the quality of our designs, ensuring they meet the highest standards of technical excellence and sustainability.
  • Drive and deliver projects profitably, meeting client expectations and delivering value-added solutions.
  • Support our work-winning activities, developing technical strategies and demonstrating market-leading expertise in Public Health engineering.
  • Work collaboratively with other teams to optimize technical direction and use of standard procedures and digital tools.
  • Support and develop our Public Health colleagues across the globe, promoting best practices and sharing knowledge.
  • Manage technical risk, negotiate scope of services, and prepare fee proposals to ensure successful project delivery.
Deliverables
  • Protect and raise the profile and reputation of Ramboll's building services offering by upskilling our Public Health engineering functions and delivering high-quality projects.
  • Help develop and promote Ramboll's technical capability in the local market, establishing the company as a leader in Public Health engineering.
  • Maintain excellent levels of client service, ensuring client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Focus on expanding our team's Public Health design skills, systematically reducing risk and improving efficiency in our delivery of low and net zero carbon design solutions.
  • Attract talented recruits to grow a skilled, dynamic, efficient, and highly regarded PH team.
  • Support and contribute to our business plan, working within the ethos defined by our mission and values.
About You

We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced individual with a strong background in Public Health engineering. The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, with previous experience in leading and coordinating project delivery. You will be a forward-thinking and enthusiastic individual with a high degree of technical competence, a clear understanding of sustainable and net zero carbon design, and a strong reputation as a trusted Building Services leader.

You will be an effective communicator, able to motivate and inspire confidence in your peers and clients. You will be commercially focused and contractually aware, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to make complex information simple and accessible.
