Marshall Group is seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineering Manager to lead our Integrated Logistics (ILS) team. As a key member of our engineering leadership team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality engineering solutions and managing a team of senior engineers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage a team of senior engineers to deliver ILS activities within integrated project teams.
  • Allocate resources to successfully deliver work packages or projects.
  • Support formal project reviews and provide ILS and Technical Publications guidance across the business unit.
  • Produce or review and approve engineering technical documents.
  • Conduct Professional Development Reviews and support development of team members.
  • Manage team performance to support delivery to requirements, schedule, budget, and quality.
  • Define and maintain appropriate team reporting to support business performance.
  • Make timely decisions considering risk and business performance.
Requirements
  • Qualified to degree level in Engineering or Apprenticeship with sufficient experience in the field or relevant transferrable skills.
  • Experience of leading and developing high-performing teams.
  • Broad understanding of ILS and engineering principles.
  • Basic knowledge of S1000x international specifications.
  • Knowledge/Experience of Defence Standards or Mil Standards related to ILS.
  • Awareness of Health and Safety at Work legislation and United Kingdom and European Union Disposal Legislation.
