Job Description

Radar Recruitment is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Engineering Manager to join our client's senior leadership team. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for leading a multi-site operation, overseeing all aspects of Maintenance and Projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership and Management: Manage, coach, and support a team of engineers to achieve business objectives.
  • Strategic Planning: Develop and implement a planned maintenance strategy and PPM system to drive business growth and efficiency.
  • Technical Strategy: Implement and monitor technical strategy performance metrics to ensure alignment with business objectives.
  • Communication: Communicate engineering team goals and objectives to engineering staff members and stakeholders.
  • Project Coordination: Coordinate internal teams to ensure project timelines and budgets are met.
