Job Title: Front Office Receptionist
Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Front Office Receptionist to provide exceptional service to our guests. As a key member of our front office team, you will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, handling guest queries, and maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service to guests, responding to queries and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
- Ensure a smooth and efficient check-in and check-out process, including handling room assignments, key cards, and other guest requests.
- Maintain accurate records and reports, including guest information, room assignments, and other relevant data.
- Work collaboratively with other departments, including housekeeping, food and beverage, and maintenance, to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Stay up-to-date with hotel policies, procedures, and services, and communicate this information to guests as needed.
- Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge, and contribute to a positive and inclusive work environment.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a front office or customer service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with guests and colleagues.
- Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
- Basic computer skills, including proficiency in property management systems and other relevant software.
- Availability to work a variety of shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
