About the Role:We are seeking a highly organized and friendly Receptionist to join our client's team on a permanent basis. The ideal candidate will have previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role and possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage a busy switchboard and greet visitors in a professional and courteous manner.
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages as needed.
- Manage the reception area, ensuring it is tidy and presentable at all times.
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail, and assist with general administrative tasks.
- Coordinate meeting room bookings and assist with scheduling appointments.
- Provide support to the wider team with various administrative duties as required.
- Open and sort post, and deal with outgoing post.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or front-of-house role is preferred.
- Previous administration experience is essential.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Highly organized with excellent attention to detail.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
