We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Development Manager to lead and manage development and regeneration projects for our clients in the Public and Private Sectors.

The successful candidate will have a solid understanding of planning, viability, design development, and team coordination. They will be responsible for leading project delivery across various phases, conducting feasibility studies, collaborating with local authorities and consultants, and building strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.

**Key Responsibilities:**

  • Leading the delivery of development/regeneration projects
  • Conducting planning and feasibility/viability studies
  • Collaborating with local authorities and consultants during planning applications
  • Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and stakeholders

**What We Are Looking For:**

  • Minimum 2 years experience in Development Management or a similar project delivery role
  • Strong understanding of the property development and planning process
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and experience with MS Project (or equivalent)

Estimated salary: £45,000 - £55,000 per annum + discretionary bonus.
