Key Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities as an HSE Officer will include:

  • Developing, implementing, and monitoring HSE programs and procedures to ensure compliance with regulations and internal standards.
  • Conducting safety audits and risk assessments, ensuring any discrepancies are resolved.
  • Delivering HSE training and support to all employees, including new hire orientation.
  • Leading 6S initiatives and driving improvements in environmental and safety practices.
  • Serving as the site contact for regulatory agencies and supporting management in understanding HSE compliance requirements.
  • Championing a culture of continuous improvement in health, safety, and environmental standards.
