Safety and Compliance Specialist

We are seeking a highly skilled Health, Safety and Environmental Manager to join our team at Stafforce Recruitment. As an HSE professional, you will play a vital role in ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across the site.
About You:
- You have experience in a similar HSE role, ideally within a manufacturing or office environment.
- You hold a NEBOSH Certificate (or equivalent) in health, safety, and environmental management.
- You possess strong knowledge of safety legislation, regulations, and standards.
- You have high personal safety standards and a proactive, self-motivated approach.
- You are proficient in Microsoft Office packages and familiar with HSE accreditation processes.
Salary Information: The estimated salary for this role is £45,000 - £60,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include competitive salary, 25 days holiday plus statutory bank holidays, contributory pension scheme, enhanced sick pay and maternity pay schemes, profit-related bonus, cycle-to-work scheme, free on-site parking, life assurance, medical cover, access to an Employee Assistance Program, and free tea, coffee, fruit, and wellbeing activities.
