About the Role:
We are seeking a Health & Safety Technician to join our HSE team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing and implementing health and safety policies, conducting regular Gemba walks, and developing new safety initiatives. Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and implement health and safety policies and procedures
- Conduct regular Gemba walks to identify potential hazards and implement proactive measures to prevent accidents and improve overall safety
- Develop new safety initiatives and programs to promote a culture of safety within the organization
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Candidate Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in Health & Safety or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Occupational Health and Safety)

This role offers a competitive salary of £28,000 - £35,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days annual leave, pension scheme, and opportunities for continuous learning and development.
