Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Health & Safety Technician to join our team in North Devon, UK. As a key member of our HSE team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and well-being of our employees by managing and implementing health and safety policies, conducting regular Gemba walks, and developing new safety initiatives. If you are a motivated and proactive individual with a passion for Health & Safety, we would love to hear from you.

Responsibilities:
- Manage and implement health and safety policies and procedures
- Conduct regular Gemba walks to identify potential hazards and implement proactive measures to prevent accidents and improve overall safety
- Develop new safety initiatives and programs to promote a culture of safety within the organization
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and standards

Requirements:
- 1-2 years experience in Health & Safety or a related field
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Able to work independently and as part of a team
- Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Occupational Health and Safety)

This role offers a competitive salary of £32,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus benefits including 25 days annual leave, pension scheme, and opportunities for continuous learning and development.
