We are seeking an experienced Manufacturing Operations Manager to oversee the efficient operation and maintenance of our manufacturing facility in Barnstaple.
Key Responsibilities- Ensure facility maintenance is carried out to a high standard, ensuring compliance with UK health and safety regulations.
- Plan and oversee repairs and upgrades to manufacturing equipment and infrastructure, ensuring optimal use and efficiency.
- Oversee maintenance and efficient use of manufacturing equipment, supporting lean manufacturing initiatives.
- Ensure environmental regulations and sustainability targets compliance, maintaining a safe and healthy working environment.
- Document regulatory compliance, maintaining accurate records and reporting.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in manufacturing facilities management, maintenance budgets, and operational costs. Lean manufacturing and continuous improvement initiatives are essential.
