Job Title: Deputy Head of Year

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as a Deputy Head of Year. This is a non-teaching role that will support the Year Leader in the professional leadership and management of the year team and student cohort.

The successful candidate will assist in managing, leading, and developing systems and procedures to enhance standards of achievement, behaviour, and personal development for all pupils in the year group.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Support the Year Leader in the professional leadership and management of the year team and student cohort.
  2. Assist in managing, leading, and developing systems and procedures to enhance standards of achievement, behaviour, and personal development for all pupils in the year group.
  3. Work collaboratively with colleagues to promote a positive and inclusive school culture.
  4. Contribute to the development and implementation of school policies and procedures.
  5. Provide support and guidance to students, staff, and parents as needed.
