- Triage, manage, and resolve support tickets using our internal ticketing system.
- Utilize SQL to manage, query, and troubleshoot database-related issues.
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their technical issues and guide them through solutions.
- Identify, diagnose, and escalate complex technical issues to 2nd and 3rd line support as necessary.
- Maintain accurate records of support requests, resolutions, and technical documentation.
- Stay updated with the latest technologies and best practices in IT support to continually improve your skills.
- Recent graduate with a degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
- Basic proficiency in SQL for database management and troubleshooting, with a willingness to learn and develop further skills.
- Familiarity with support ticketing systems is a plus, but training will be provided.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with a passion for explaining technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Enthusiastic about delivering high-quality support and ensuring customer satisfaction.
