Job Title: Support Worker - Garden ProjectAbout the Role

We are seeking an experienced Support Worker to join our team in the Garden Project. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing individualized support to clients, promoting their independence and well-being.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct support to clients, including personal care, transportation, and daily living activities.
  • Assist clients with developing life skills, such as budgeting, time management, and healthy eating.
  • Maintain accurate records of client progress and update case files as necessary.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals and other agencies to ensure comprehensive support for clients.
Requirements:
  • Diploma or degree in Social Work or a related field.
  • Experience working with vulnerable populations, particularly those with mental health and substance use conditions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Salary:

The salary for this position is £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
