Job Description

The Adolescent Intervention Worker will play a vital role in supporting young people across Cardiff at their homes and at our centres. You will deliver rapid responses to children and families in crisis, addressing and overcoming difficulties that have led to family breakdown.

Key responsibilities include working flexibly, including evenings and weekends, and having some experience of working with adolescents who present with challenging behaviour. A driving license and full use of a car is essential, as well as an enhanced Child and Adult DBS.
