We are recruiting for a Refuge Support Services Coordinator to join our team in Cardiff.

This is an exciting opportunity for a passionate and caring individual to support women and children who have experienced domestic abuse.

You will work collaboratively with diverse cases, prioritising their needs and providing a proactive crisis intervention service.

The successful candidate will be responsible for advocating for service users with relevant agencies, delivering specialist support services, and signposting them to relevant services.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Identifying risks and needs of service users using a specialist toolkit
  • Prioritising cases and providing a pro-active crisis intervention service
  • Working with diverse cases to support women and children
  • Advocating for service users with relevant agencies

The ideal candidate will have a SafeLives IDVA training certificate or equivalent, a driving licence, and own vehicle access. They must also understand domestic violence and abuse impact, child protection issues, and safeguarding.
