The Policy and Project Development Officer will play a key role in supporting the Principal Housing Options Manager in the development and delivery of strategic elements of the Homeless Strategy and Rough Sleeper Strategy.

This includes project management, consultation with stakeholders, and monitoring performance of commissioned homeless service contracts.

With a salary range of £22,000-£32,000 per annum, this role requires strong analytical skills, attention to detail, and excellent communication abilities.

Lancaster City Council operates an excellent Flexible Working Hours Scheme, allowing employees to work between 6:00am-10:30pm subject to business needs.
