Job OverviewThis exciting opportunity as a Land Planning Specialist will see you working at the forefront of residential development, utilizing your expertise to ensure successful project outcomes. You will be responsible for managing land appraisals, financial viability assessments, and planning policy, while maintaining strong commercial acumen.
Key Responsibilities- Manage land appraisals and financial viability assessments to inform project decisions.
- Develop and implement effective planning strategies to achieve project goals.
- Maintain strong relationships with stakeholders, including clients, colleagues, and external partners.
- Analyse data and reports to inform project management decisions.
